All orders are typically processed within 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional events.

  2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer various shipping methods based on your location and preferences to ensure your order arrives on time. Available options may include:

         Domestic Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: Typically takes [3 - 10] business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: Typically takes [3 - 7] business days.

  • Express Shipping: Typically takes [1 - 2] business days.

         International Shipping 

         We ship internationally! Delivery times vary by destination and customs processes:

  • Standard International: Typically takes [2 - 4] weeks.

  • Express International: Typically takes [1 - 3] weeks.

Shipping methods and costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping speed. Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons holidays, weather conditions, and carrier delays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

  3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates depend on the following factors:

  • Destination address

  • Weight of the items in your cart

  • Chosen shipping method

  • Food Shipping Rate for International Shipping is $65 for the weight of 1 KG - 5 KG

You can view estimated shipping costs during checkout before completing your purchase. Any applicable taxes and duties for international shipments will be borne by the customer upon delivery.

  4. International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Added duties and taxes may apply upon arrival at customs; these fees are the customer's responsibility.

  5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information so you can check its progress until it arrives at your door.

  6. Lost or Damaged Items

If your package is lost or damaged during transit:

  • Contact us within 3 days of receiving notification of shipment, and from the expected delivery date.

  • Supply details about your order so we can aid in resolving the issue promptly.

We will work with our carrier to resolve any issues quickly.

  7. Changes to Your Order's Shipment Address

If you need to change the shipment address after placing an order, please get in touch with our Customer Service at once at info@arabicabazaar.com/WhatsApp:  +966549700053. Changes cannot be guaranteed once an order is processed for shipment.

  8. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that all supplied addresses are complete and accurate. We cannot guarantee delivery if incorrect information is given, which may result in added shipping fees or delays.

  9. Undeliverable Orders

Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information are subject to a restocking fee and to be decided by us.

 11. Shipping Logistics Companies Restriction

Due to the Logistics Companies Restriction Perfumes and Fragrance Shipping are only available for the Local Market.
