At Arabica Bazaar, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our refund policy below:

1. Refund Window:
Customers can request a refund or exchange within a standard refund window of 15 days from the date of delivery of the order.

2. Accepted Payment Methods:
Refunds will be processed to the original amount and payment method used at the time of purchase. Accepted payment methods include:

·        Debit and Credit Cards

·        Apple Pay

·        Mada

3. Refund Processing Time:
Refunds will be processed within 5 to 30 business days after receiving and inspecting the return. Once a refund is approved, please allow 5 to 30 business days for processing. The exact time frame may vary based on your bank or payment provider.

4. Non-Refundable Items:
Certain items are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

·        Opened or used personal care products.

·        Customized or personalized items.

·        Gift cards.

5. Required Documentation:
To process a refund, customers must provide the following documentation:

·        Original Receipt

·        Order Confirmation

6. Special Provisions for Returns After 15 Days:
Returns initiated after the initial 15-day period may be subject to additional review and approval of item conditions. Customers are encouraged to contact info@arabicabazaar.com customer service for guidance regarding late returns. Restocking fees may apply at our discretion.

7. International Refund Policy:
Our international refund policy mirrors our domestic policy. Refund requests from international customers must adhere to the same guidelines outlined above, ensuring consistency in service for all customers.

8. Digital Products Policy:
All sales of digital products are final. No refunds will be issued once the purchase is completed and the product has been accessed.

9. Shipping Cost Refund Policy:
Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event of a return, customers are responsible for return shipping fees. The shipping fees incurred during the original transaction will not be reimbursed.

10. Damaged Items Policy:

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at info@arabicabazaar.com customer service within 7 days of receipt of the order. Refunds or replacement options are available for items that arrive damaged to the customers. Customers must provide photographic evidence of the damage within 7 days of receipt of the order. Returned following our return policy.

11. Gift Returns Policy:
Gifts may be returned provided that the original receipt and Order Confirmation are included. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

12. Seasonal Items Policy:
Please note that returns will not be accepted for seasonal items after the conclusion of the season.

13. Additional Note:

If the item was bought as part of a bundle/offer, all items included as part of such bundle/offer must be returned together in the same condition.
